As far as normal crests go, stone skin, tenacity, sprint and slow down are definitely worth keeping. SS and tenacity for obvious reasons, sprint for arena on Cupid/Aries (or Succ if you want) and slow down for HBM O/P. All rare and mythic crests are worth keeping imo.
